What to plant and grown in Klara pots

Origano (Origanum vulgare) works well in Klara KiPo plant pot. It is good for planting outdoors, likes a lot of sun and will grow in dry conditions as well. Oregano is perennial so you can leave your Klara KiPo pot outdoors during winter. In late autumn, the soiled part of the plant will completely dry. Don't throw the plant. If there is snow during winter, place a snow ball on the pot. Then water in early spring. From dry sprigs, Oregano will bloom small green leaves and you will have new fresh oregano herb for your spices. Always water more during summer, either early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The KiPo pot with Oregano herb is also welcome in homes that have a garden as well. One is in a hurry many times when cooking, so having a beautiful oregano herb in a KiPo pot within your hands' reach in your kitchen / window sill / balcony / shutters really does save time and helps. In the same way you can grow and maintain flax and thyme.

Mint (Mentha piperita) will also grow nicely in the Klara KiPo pot. Grow it outdoors in a sunny place. You can overwinter Mint in the Klara KiPo pot and enjoy its beautiful green leaves and pleasant smell the next season as well. Water moderately. If the leaves begin to droop or wilt, add more ater. Pour the excess of water from the outside detachable part of the KiPo pot. In late autumn the above soil part of the miny will completely dry off. In the spring new leaves will blossom.

Purslanes (Portulacaceae) are a great recommendation for summer planting in KiPo pots. This summer plant doesn't like much water but needs plenty of sunshine. For richer flowering, add a compost supplement and follow manufacturer's instructions. Purslanes will blossom long in the autumn and show its abundant colours. We recommend it strongly. But it is not a perennial plant. With the arrival of next spring season, you have to start growing a new seed.

Common houseleek (Sempervivum tectorum) adores the Klara KiPo pot. The plant is very decorative with its condensed thick leaves and grape like florescence. It requires minumum care, no messy leaves, stands any weather condition from extreme heat to extreme cold and is also medicinal and curative. Pair this simple and elegant plant with a coloured KiPo pot of your own choice (you can choose from as many as 9 different KiPo pot colours) and get a perfect decor in your home.

Kalanchoe is an indoor plant, which can also be kept outdoors from spring till autumn. It will grow great in the KiPo pot. Water moderately only after the earth has completely dried off. Kalanchoe blossoms splendidly and during its resting phase it decorates the area with its big sparkling leaves.

Heartsease / Viola tricolor is the "queen" of the Klara KiPo pot. We strongly recommend viola tricolor with smaller flowers. Plant it in the autumn so that it can be outside over winter. If the winter is mild and the KiPo pot is placed under the roof, viola tricolor will blossom slowly all winter long. You can also plant it in the spring. Water moderately, add a small dose of plant supplements and viola tricolor will outgrow the entire pot.
